Find another dealer This one cannot be Trusted I don’t remember the last time I wrote a review on service or product I have purchased. I work minimum 10 hours a day and don’t have time for this but this time I was just compelled to do this. About a month ago I came to this dealership looking for a used car for my family. Even if the sales person appears nice beware of the manager at the finance department. After about an hour of arguing in his office about adding things to the contract that I have never agreed to and still right before signing the contract somehow, he added $999.00 to the contract. Once I drove home I looked at the contract and noticed a line on the contract called “Additional Equipment” for $999.00. I contacted my sales person and asked him what was the “additional equipment” on my car since the car came with every possible option this model could have. First try by the sales person and finance manager was that it was dealer’s fee. I have pointed out that there are 2 other lines on the contract which specifically point to dealer’s fee. I have explained that if they are willing to show me what was the “Additional Equipment” on my car then I would leave it alone. Second try to explain why they charged me additional money was something like, you got a good deal on a car and you should just shut up and deal with it. When I was not satisfied with the answer and still demanded to know why additional $999.00 was applied they stopped replying to my inquires. For those of you who doubt my story, you can check with Delray Police Department as I am filling criminal complaint. There are hundreds of dealerships around this area. Find someone who is honest. More

Tom was about as laid back as the vibe I got regarding the dealership. We were interested in a Santa Fe and Tom went through the different packages and pointed out the value in the different trim levels. I explained that I had a 2015 Genesis with 9 payments left on my lease and could she do anything for me. Marline offered me a 2017 demo with about 2000 miles (it had 2019 miles) for less payments than my 2015. It sounded like a win-win situation. When I arrived the following day, everything was as she said - no bait and switch. She was very patient with me, explaining all the new features in the 2017 over the 2015, though they look the same from the outside.. In fact my Allstate insurance company just lowered my premium, because of all the 5 star safety features of the 2017 Genesis. As I said it was a win-win experience Leasing from Delray Hyundai and I can see why they are rated so highly. More

We literally spent hours with Tom and he patiently found us the car that we wanted. We never experienced such an enjoyable time figuring out the car we wanted to lease. Poor Service on my Genesis I scheduled an appointment for an Oil Change and to check my cruise control. I requested full Synthetic oil. Got a call an hour after car was dropped off making sure I was aware that there would be a $120 fee to check the cruise control (of course we were not told that on the phone). I refused. When car was ready for pick up went in and was quoted a much lower price. I asked "did you use full synthetic?" "No, would you like us to change it to synthetic?" Instead of apologizing, which he never did...waited for twenty minutes (not bad) car done and they cut $10 off the full Synthetic oil change (hope they really changed it). Called Napleton Hyundai in West Palm and discovered there was a recall on my Cruise Control...Delray never even checked. More
