He worked with us and got us a great deal on a 2024 Kona. He called us several times after the purchase to see how we liked it and to see if we have any questions not to hesitate to call him. That is a good salesman. Usually once they have your money you don't hear from them. As for service, can't speak on that yet being that we just purchased it, but will definitely leave a review once we need service. More

We just purchased a Genesis for CASH and it was the most convoluted car purchase we have ever experience. First the salesmen are vague and like to play a shell game with over promise and under deliver when they present the offer. The said the could not deal off MSRP, but needed up doing so when we got up to leave and go to another dealer. Once we came to terms it took over an hour of sitting around before we could sit down with the 'finance manager'....that is a huge overstatement. The process is the most xxx-backward way of doing business than i have ever experienced in my 45+ years in business. They ask you to initial that you have read and agree to ALL the purchase paperwork, included arbitration agreements, purchase docs and more, before they provide it to you to read. We went to pick up the car today because of the holiday we could not get a cashier's check and they stated that they NO LONGER has the window sticker to give us AND we had to insist on getting a copy of the paperwork we signed. They had NO INTENTION of giving it to us. Needless to say, we will NOT be back and will take the car to a different dealership for service. If we EVER purchase another Genesis it will not be from Delray Hyundai.....Don't use Sammy or Angelo unless you want a lot of xx. More

After the initial appointment for service was made with my first phone call, every call from that point on was answered by a voicemail recording. Every call. When they did return my calls, it was always 3 my first phone call, every call from that point on was answered by a voicemail recording. Every call. When they did return my calls, it was always 3 to 4 hours after my initial call. Sometimes it wasn't until the next day. The initial purpose of the service was for two upgrades or recalls. After the mechanics checked it over, we received notice via email that a number of things needed servicing, one being two new tires for the front. We approved brake work, two tires, which included balancing and alignment. This cost us over $2,300. We returned to pick up the car and while driving home noticed the car pulled to the right when letting go of the steering wheel. This did not occur before having the new tires installed. After several voicemail calls; I never called once and had someone pick up the phone and say hello, we returned the car to have the alignment looked at again. With a number of other voicemail calls, we returned, picked up the car and again, while driving home, it began drifting to the right. Once again, after more voicemail calls, we received a call asking if we could drive the car with the mechanic in the car to make sure it drives okay. This mechanic was the first person to talk to me that sounded like he knew what he was talking about. I wish I could remember his name. He said he was the foreman of the service shop, I think. The drifting did improve and the mechanic stated he had adjusted the frame? I've never heard of this. I had done some research on what problems new tires might present. There is a term called "tire conicity", where a properly inflated tire causes a vehicle to pull to the right or left. This is a manufacturer defect, which is covered under their warranty. This possibility was not even considered during the week long struggle to correct the pulling problem. Even though it doesn't seem to pull as much, we are not satisfied with the service we received. We will not be returning to Delray Hyundai for any reason. This was the worst vehicle service experience I have ever dealt with. The personnel was nice enough but it is a broken system. Hours waiting on a return phone call, hours waiting for service. Someone needs to go back to the drawing board and fix your vehicle servicing system. More
