While no one wants to have issues with their vehicle, the challenges you are having with your seized engine is with the warranty from Hyundai and not Delray Hyundai. Let's be perfectly honest, your engine seized due to lack of basic oil change maintenance. In warm climates, you have to change it regularly. You did not do this unfortunately. We have and will continue to go the extra mile to help. You and your husband have spoken with both our GM, Kevin O'Neill and Service Director and physically showed you the engine. This review towards Delray Hyundai is unfair. We did not do anything wrong. We are only here to help you in anyway possible.
