Excellent overall experience. We were in the market for a new Hyundai and started off by using truecar.com to configure and request prices from local Hyundai dealers for a new Elan We were in the market for a new Hyundai and started off by using truecar.com to configure and request prices from local Hyundai dealers for a new Elantra SE. Three dealers responded via email with detailed charges. Napleton did not provide pricing but called non stop requesting that we come in to discuss prices. We elected to go for a test drive at Delray Hyundai because 1) their out the door price was fair rather than some of the other dealers who quoted high but apparently expected you to haggle the price down, 2) Delray didn't have any dealer installed options that you don't want/need that only add cost and 3) the salesperson I spoke to, Michael Shaevitz, was articulate, knowledgeable and responsive to the questions that we had. He was very patient and personable and took the time to explain some of the features before we left with our new car. The finance guy who does the sale paperwork could have done better. He seemed to be offended that we didn't want the $1,400 extended warranty, grew impatient when I tried to read the forms before signing and when I asked a question about the Hyundai Motor financing he just told me to call Hyundai. More
