There was no pressure to make a purchase and all exchanges occurred in a very mellow fashion. This was quite different from my previous car purchase at another dealer (for another make). Sammy was great to work with and ultimately offered me a fairly good deal on my new vehicle purchase -- it wasn't something you felt like you needed to haggle over. I'm very happy with my new ride and would consider coming back again in the future. The only issue I had was waiting a bit long to sign off on the final documents, but that was due to another "needy" customer and not the dealership staff themselves. More
