Customer Service-New Car Purchase I was approached in a timely fashion once I entered the dealership. I then stated my request as to type and model of vehicle required. Marlene,was most helpful in this regard, and once we came to an understanding of purchase versus lease conditions, she proceeded with the paperwork to complete the transaction. Once the paperwork was completed, she followed me to my home, where she attached my license plate from my former vehicle. Streamlined Buying Experience I needed to replace my aging vehicle and did my research online to select a new Hyundai Santa Fe. We set up a time for the next day to meet at the dealership to finalize everything. In a couple of hours, my transaction was complete and I drove home in my new car.
