ALex gave us all the information we needed and never used the tipical pressure tactic we experience at your competitors. For that reason, we came back to Delray Hyundai. We have choices in buying a car. It all comes down to the first person who greets at the door and thats Alex. That said, I had my car a few days and it experienced a complete failure of the entire on board computer system as well as an annoying hum when i back off on the accelerator. Your service advisors were very professional however your tect was not very ensuring when he said the troubles disappeared and it was going to the wash rack. I am back in Maryland hoping i get my world class car back. More
