My salesman, Jerry A. , is wonderful. He made sure all my concerns were/are being resolved and my questions answered. I feel confident he will assist with any future ques , is wonderful. Every other person who assisted me during the sales process and after seemed genuinely eager to resolve the only issue I had. The only negative was that it took a long time to locate the vehicle as they seem to not have an inventory location control system both during the sales and service processes. So far, I am very pleased with my 2023 Elantra hybrid! More
My Salesperson Will was outstanding. He greeted us upon arrival and was super friendly. We joked around as we did the test drive. I had the best experience, really that I've ever had out of all my past experiences dealing with dealerships, when I recently went into the Delray Hyundai dealership to help my husband purchase/finance a ce of all my past experiences dealing with dealerships, when I recently went into the Delray Hyundai dealership to help my husband purchase/finance a certified pre-owned vehicle. His credit was not the best, and the car he was hoping to trade in to lower still had a lien on it. The salesmen were more than accomodating and extremely helpful in getting us an amazing trade-in value for his car. But I have to give MAJOR praise and thanks to the fianance manager assigned to help us get the deal approved and the paperwork signed, Mr. Shawn Hossain! Thank you so much for all your effort, care and attention in making this scary situation, nothing but pleasurable. We walked out feeling well informed, for once, and secure in all that we signed and were in for as far as our monthly payments agreed upon to finance the car. He seamlessly dealt with the DMV paperwork necessary and the financial institutions needed to get around his less than 'stellar' credit. I can NOT thank you again for all your help Shawn! Four stars is always my highest dealership rating, as there is always a question as to whether I really got a great deal or not. BUT, Charlotte gets 6 stars, as she was the kindest sales person I have e there is always a question as to whether I really got a great deal or not. I went to Delray Hyundai yesterday as my USB port broke I went to the parts department 1st and informed me that I have a leased 2022 Tucson and need to take it to the service department and they will handl I went to the parts department 1st and informed me that I have a leased 2022 Tucson and need to take it to the service department and they will handle everything for me When I walked in there was a young girl at a desk that aske to help me and when I explained why I was there she said you have to go to the parts department I told her they sent me here she said I do not care you need to go there again I repeated what they said and she got very rude and nasty I asked her for a manager 3 times and then she finally got one. He was extremely nice and profession and said I definitely am at the right department when I was telling him what the girl was saying to me and how rude she was she starting yelling over me to him why he was assisting me There was another customer behind me and I said sis I do anything wrong and he said that he thought I handle the situation perfectly My issue is if she is the 1st impression to your service department this is totally unacceptable I am on my 7th Hyundai and have never been treated or talked too like she did There are so many people without jobs maybe you can find a more professional person to save your reputation I would rate you 5 stars but my 1st impression with the service department was terrible More
