Worst Service of any Company I have delta with in my life! This is absolutely the worst customer service I have ever experienced in my entire life. That applies to every person in the chain of command. Still have the same problem after almost a year of trying to deal with them. Even spoke with Kevin O'Neil ( whom is GM and comes up as owner on Internet) has not done anything other than waste my time. Brought my car in there for the 6th or 7th time and over a month of my car being in there total a week ago today and was told by service manager Michael that if that was not resolved to let me know. I've called him 4 times in a week to let him know that the problem still exists and he has not returned my call once. Stated that to the phone operator today that I was very upset and still did not get a call back. This is completely consistent with everything that has gone on there since last November. I have asked them over and over to just refund my $350 that they charge me for the repair that is not corrected and won't part with it. Have called BBB and attorney general and they lie and say the problem has been resolved when every time I go in there I can show them that it hasn't. They'd rather just let me have to waste all my time going in there for something that they cannot seem to fix. Trust me, go to another Hyundai dealership. More

That purchase was a pleasure. Five years later, time for a new car. I went to the internet again. I contacted three dealers. I live in Deerfield Beach. I contacted the two Hyundai dealers closest to me and Delray Hyundai. It was the same experience as in 2012. The two dealers closest to me either ignored me or did not respond in a businesslike manner. The whole idea of using the internet is to get a firm price and to proceed from there. Once again, it has been a pleasure to do business with Delray Hyundai. I developed an illness and cannot spend hours upon hours in a dealership. Delray Hyundai Internet Sales Manager Michael Shaevitz secured the perfect car for me and we worked through Hurricane Matthew. Mr. Shaevitz drove the car down to Deerfield Beach for me. My purchase was a 2017 Hyundai Elantra Limited, silver with a gray interior. It is the nicest interior of any car I have ever owned. Thank you for the excellent service. More

Having done my research I know what rebates I was entitled to. Don went over the entire list which was congruent with my list. The next day I entered the deal. It took a few days to get the Tucson I wanted, but I was very satisfied with the entire experience. More
