Excellent Experience-Best and Only Dealership to Patronize! As my sales consultant - Suheil (Sammy) Hadid - made my entire car purchase experience one that was totally hassle-free and friendly. He dealt with my specific car request(s) regarding both the exterior color and inside features in the most proper and excellent manner any customer would expect to receive. Sammy took care of all the pertinent details and paperwork necessary when it was time to deal with the financial aspect of my purchase. He then made sure all the features of my new Hyundai were explained to me before I left the dealership. The next day, he took the time to followed up and make sure I had no concerns or questions about my new car. After I had the time to read over the "quick reference" guides and get use to the new features, Sammy offered to explain any I was still unsure about. I would definitely return to Delray Hyundai (Sammy) when I make my next car purchase. When it was time to do the financial part of my purchase, my financial advisor - David Wilde - handled my purchase with the same professionalism and efficiency expected. He explained the entire cost breakdown, the details and handled all the paperwork in the most efficient and timely manner possible. I dealt with David on my previous Sonata purchase and would definitely deal with David (and Sammy) on my next Sonata purchase. Now, as for service - Michael Kerrigan - has been my sales advisor ever since I owned my 2013 Sonata. He is the only service advisor I will ever deal with. Michael also has been nothing but professional and efficiency whenever I brought my car in for service. He has always advised me as to exactly what service is required at the time of each visit and returned my car within the appropriate time frame as expected. I will definitely continue to only deal with Michael for the 2017 Sonata. I have nothing but great things to say about all 3 gentlemen I've had the pleasure to deal with at Delray Hyundai. I would never go to another dealership. Actually, everyone at Delray Hyundai has been friendly and helpful whenever I had the pleasure to visit their dealership.
