Friendly, but the wait time was too long. I've always used the dealership for oil changes and inspections (in CT) and have never waited 2 hours. I cancelled free wash, due to rain. One other concern about a past visit, they missed a hose with a leak in it. It was found by another trustworthy mechanic who replaced it as well as the brakes at a lesser and very good price (but he was a friend of the family). Nonetheless, I don't think I will return because those inpections are very important. More

The dealership refused to negotiate on the price by $1! I finally got them down by $50; but they told me at the current price they are actually losing money! The only reason I bought the SUV (Tucson 2025) was i really liked the car, the miles, the color and I wouldnt find the configuration I wanted in my color (blue). Sarah was great; but the sales manager (bald guy) was real piece of work. He was bragging in front of us how much money he had while negotiating a deal about money. VERRRRY unprofessional! I would definitely go to Sarah again; but the dealership is not my 1st choice. It is not a well known secret that the sticker price is not the best price; an there is room to haggle. I definitely would like to talk to the GM! More

I have had nothing but problems since before driving the car off the lot. There was an issue that I noticed before even driving my CERTIFIED pre-owned car off of the lot. The service department told me it wasn't caught on the CPO inspection that I paid for because it was not a safety concern. I didn't have the paperwork yet as I left the vehicle with service for quick "three hour" repair. My car was in the shop for over a week waiting for the parts and I was not given a loaner vehicle because I had not yet "taken possession of the car". I had to leave to go to work out of state with the repair not complete with no plans to return to Florida as my job is on the road. All parties were aware of my situation and Eddy in service and Tony in sales assured me it would be no issue as the part was covered under warranty and can be fixed any dealership. I brought my car in to a different dealership and the repair wasn't covered under warranty because it was "consumer caused" even though it was not working when I picked the car up and Delray had ordered the parts to fix it. After looking at the paperwork I saw that the issue I had with my car was checked as "working" on the Certified Pre-Owned exam they completed on my car bringing up questions if they actually looked at the car at all. This oversight is not only a huge safety concern, but also makes any problem the car has in the future "consumer caused" and not covered under the warranty included and the additional warranty I purchased. Delray has been unhelpful and unresponsive through this entire process. I have been trying to get a solution for almost two months. Folks in both service and sales promised written emails and never sent them. Promised to return phone calls and never have. One sales manager hung up on a phone call with my partner who was trying to help me as well. I have left multiple messages and emails asking the general manager to reach out to me so we can discuss the faulty CPO exam and I have yet to receive a phone call or response to try to address the issue. I am extremely disappointed as I was looking forward to joining the Hyundai family and all it has cost me is a lot of money and frustration. More
