She returned our calls promptly; answered all questions in detail; was enthusiastic, but not pressured in her approach and committed to providing us the help we needed. What had been a daunting process turned into an exciting time for us and we are thrilled for our Mom. Without Marlene it would not have happened; her personal service coupled with her knowledge and generous spirit made for an exceptional experience. The only negative was the money offered for my trade-in. I got a much better deal from CarMax; enough more to pay almost 6 months of the lease. Don't expect an over-the-top luxury facility. I suspect that the low overhead helps keep the prices down. More
