This is how car buying should be done. There was absolutely no pressure or intimidation. The sales staff (and Michael in particular) seemed genuinely interested in understanding my needs and working to meet them. Most importantly, there were none of the games that tend to give car dealerships a bad rap. My transaction buying a new Hyundai Santa Fe was professional, straight forward, and no gimmicks. I recommend this dealership to anyone who has ever walked out of a new car dealership wondering "who trains these nuckleheads". You will not have that kind of experience at Delray Hyundai.
