To my surprise, I have had bad experiences with pressure sales techniques at car dealerships and was bracing myself to spend the whole day bargaining. To my surprise, the salesperson, John Choynowski, was very honest and upfront about the vehicle (Hyundai Veloster), the pricing, and what it includes, and dealt with all our questions in a straightforward and open way. After agreeing the purchase, we were given extended warranties, and free oil change and tire rotation for 5 years, without having to even ask. He said he will be available at any time for any questions or problems we might encounter. I would not hesitate to recommend Delray Hyundai to anyone. More
