EXCEPTIONAL SALESMAN ROB DUNLEY I was fortunate to find an exceptional salesperson thru the internet at this dealership. His professionalism was above reproach. I say this because in my previous visit to this dealership, I swore that I would never get an automobile from them if they gave it to me for nothing. I was hoping to exchange my 2012 Genesis for a 2016. I went on the internet and decided against my will to give Delray a line and see if they would come back with an offer that I could refuse. To my great pleasure, I met Rob Dunley, a new employee in the store. He was explicit in what he could or could not do. If there was a question, that he did not have the answer for, he told me, and told me he would have the answer for me. He was easy to speak with, he knew his product, and he understood what was required to make the sale. I would suggest that more auto dealerships look at a person such as Rob, when seeking to hire salesmen. He would set an excellent example of professionalism in the auto industry. I dont know if anyone reads these reviews, but as an ex Executive Sales Manager, I did, and learned a tremendous amount of what people expected from my sales team. More
