Fantastic Sales Person and Service Advisor Had great sales person in Nino Cardoso, who was great to work with and very knowledgable. Did everything he could to accommodate my requests and was accessible throughout the sale. I leased a 2015 Genesis (Ultimate Package) Manager's Demo (lease deal promos at Delray are at price you just can't pass up). There were some problems with the car, since although it's considered leasing a brand new car, it had about 2,800 miles on it. Therefore even though the lease price was better, it had some mileage on it already from prior use allowing for some mechanical wear/tear issues. This was no reflection of Nino and he did everything to make sure those issues were resolved before I took possession. He even went above and beyond to get me a brand new Genesis loaner while they fixed the problems in Service. Strongly recommend you see Nino if you are at Delray Hyundai. Prior to this Genesis, I had a 2014 Lexus GS from JM and although I really have nothing negative to say about JM overall experience, non of the sales people I worked with over the years at JM were as good as Nino. This brings me to the greatest service advisor I've ever had at any dealership hands down. Nino put me with Micheal Kerrigan as my Service Advisor to resolve some of the issues prior to taking possession of my new 2015 Genesis. When I tell you I've owned luxury cars from Lexus, Mercedes & BMW and have never had an SA like this, I'm not even able to put into words how amazing Michael was compared to any one of those dealerships. His calm and soft demeanor was so friendly and refreshing. He wouldn't allow the car to leave the dealership until I was 100% satisfied. He ended up replacing all 4 tires on the car since he wanted to make sure I was completely satisfied with the ride of the car. Aside from that he took care of every other issue and was personally detailing some cosmetic defects to make sure it was right. Micheal should be running that department! I will not use any other advisor ever. Thank you Michael! More
