It is important to me to deal with someone I can trust and displays knowledge of what he is selling.David fit that description - he was very personable and extremely knowledgeable about the car. He took a lot of time to show me all the features and took me for a test drive. He did not pressure me even though I did not lease the car until my third visit. He called me a few times but it was not a pressure call, it was friendly and pleasant, and he answered a few additional questions. I felt very comfortable with David and decided to go with the Genesis. David made all of the paperwork easy, he explained all of the buttons on the dash, etc., and I was enjoying my new car in about an hour. Great experience! No pressure! David represents his company so well and should be recognized for his ability to make the all around experience great and thereby hold onto the potential customer. I have showed my new car to others in my community and have already recommended him and Delray Hyundai...I tell them that they must ask for David to get a good honest deal and that I would go with them if they want.
