Let me start off with saying the customer service is phenomenal. John Valle is amazing- Caleb is the man and no real issues with anyone at the dealership. I had gone to and I was talking to some othet Hyundai dealerships in the area. I felt the most comfortable and found the most inventory with the options I was looking for at Delray Hyundai. The inital quote for my vehicle before we even started negotiating was very fair. No "market adjustments" etc due to supply chain/chip shortage that I encountered at other dealers. I ended up working with Kerishia for my final purchase and she was great. Kerishia really worked with my schedule and logistical challenges I had. All the options I had discussed were ready and waiting when I arrived for test drive. Kerishia, was very patitent during the hundred questions I asked while I was making up my mind for which vehicle to purchase. My whole experience at Delray Hyundai was relaxed and pleasurable, no hard ball tatics or sales pressure.
