Smooth and efficient I purchased a used Genesis from Carlos Menendez at Delray Hyundai. Since I live in the Tampa area all the negotiations were conducted through phone calls, texts and e-mails. Carlos handled the transaction efficiently and business like without the usual car dealer pomp and circumstance. After he picked me up at the airport, we took a test drive and the car was exactly as advertised. Not a given when buying from a distance. The paperwork was handled in short order and I was on my way. All in all a pleasant experience. I commend Carlos on his professionalism. The four stars instead of 5 is due to the dealerships less than stellar waiting areas. More
