Bad $10 switch - one week later and I still don't have a car I took my car in to Delray Hyundai last Wednesday for repair because the transmission disengaged as I was driving. They diagnosed it that day and rep I took my car in to Delray Hyundai last Wednesday for repair because the transmission disengaged as I was driving. They diagnosed it that day and replaced the brake switch the following day. I collected my car Thursday afternoon and they assured me that this should fix the problem, but if it didn't they would make sure that they helped me to get a resolution and if they had to keep the car for a while they would let me have a loaner. The car failed the following morning and I took it back. For some reason that they haven't explained, the part that they had replaced was faulty, and they weren't able to get a replacement until the following Tuesday. Well, today is Tuesday, they can't figure out what where the replacement brake switch is and they'll overnight another one (why wasn't overnight an option on Friday????). No, I can't have a loaner. They're very sorry that I've been without my car for a week, but that's the best they can do. Clearly. The first service tech, Michael, was very responsive (thought he did promise a loaner which turned out to be not an option since they don't have any available), but the second tech I dropped the car with on Friday, Albert, didn't answer any of my messages today because he "didn't know what to say". On the sales side, we have tried to purchase Hyundai's here 3 times in the past 10 years and never succeeded in negotiating a deal. We ended up purchasing all 3 (Veracruz, Sonata and Elantra) from Coconut Creek who were more willing to negotiate. We only come to this dealership for service because it's so close to home, but even that doesn't seem to be worth it anymore based on our latest experience. More

A repeat customer is the best advertrisement I have the pleasure to return to DelRay Hondyai and Alan Silverman to lease a new 2015 Hyondai Sonata Ltd. Previously, I purchased from the same deal I have the pleasure to return to DelRay Hondyai and Alan Silverman to lease a new 2015 Hyondai Sonata Ltd. Previously, I purchased from the same dealer via Alan a 2012 Sondata and was not only pleased with the vehicle but the service extended by Alan and the Service Department. Hyundai is very fortunate to have sales person such as Alan. He does more than sell, he satisfies. Every feature of the car is explained, not only to the original purchaser but also to anybody that is expected to drive the vehicle. This is not only done when the delivery is made, but also into the future as long as it is in the possession of the purchaser (lessee). Because of these experiences I have referred other new Hyundai owners to Alan who have joined me as Alan's customers. More

We tested that vehicle and was impressed-smooth ride,good suspension and really nice looking interior. Gerry took the time to show us the features with the technology package model . He was professional and not pushy ..indeed we were impressed with his knowledge and patience with me and my wife and son. We left went and checked out the Jaguar and Mercedes 350. An Enjoyable Car Shopping Experience. I car shopped online and was contacted by Carlos Menendez, whom I made an appointment with. Carlos was wonderful! He understood exactly what options were important to me and was able to answer all of my questions. After test driving a white Elantra Value Edition, Carlos went over other color options with me and was able to find a vehicle in my desired color. I am now the proud owner of my fourth Hyundai - the Elantra Value Edition in Desert Bronze- and I couldn't be happier. I recommend Delray Hyundai, and Carlos Menendez, to anyone looking for a car!! I had the good fortune to direct some questions about a Hyundai Sonata to salesman, Fred Perlmutter. It did not take long for me to realize that I had picked the right person to approach. Fred knew his product and responded with honest, answers to all my questions. Fred leased me the product, set up everything, such as Pairing my phones, Transferring all the information from my 2013 into the 2015 Sonata's computer. Even after I left the agency with my new car, and needed other questions answered, he responded promptly to my phone calls. For me, a chore became a pleasure. More
