Norm assisted my husband and I with the test drive and I was pleased with the Exterior of the car but didn't like the color of the interior. Norm took time to locate the car I wanted and it was delivered the next day. The next day, Norm showed me the car and Carlos handle the remaining part of the sale. Carlos was very detailed and helpful with explaining the inside and outside of the car. I was very pleased with the no pressure of everyone there and the attention given to me by everyone.
