Mr. Menendez intelligently answered our questions and carefully explained and trained us in using the many new features of our car; he is a patient and gracious man. All of the administrative functions, were handled expeditiously and with clear explanations when needed. We could not have had a better experience. HORRIBLE STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I bought my 2011 sonata at this dealership in 2010. I had my service preformed there. IT WAS HORRIBLE!! Brett (service manager), Kevin O'neal(over Bre I bought my 2011 sonata at this dealership in 2010. I had my service preformed there. IT WAS HORRIBLE!! Brett (service manager), Kevin O'neal(over Brett), and Michael at service SUCKS!!! RUDE!! I would bring my car in to fix an issue and they would return my car with the SAME ISSUE! This has happened to me 3 different occasions! Each time I wasted money, time, and the unprofessional attitudes that these people posses is beyond me! I went in 3/16 due to my key not coming out of the ignition. I had left my car at service for over 9 hours. They called and stated it was a brake switch that was faulty and they'll replace it and the issue would be fixed. Well, I agreed to the repairs and paid. WAIT!! When I get there they return my car to me with the check engine light! It wasn't on when i gave them the car! I HAD TO WAIT 30-40 min more! WAIT.. It gets far worse. On my drive home (dealership closed) the light come back on! I call in the morning because of course my key still will not come out the ignition (i thought that was fixed) Brett told me to come in at 1 to meet with him and he will personally oversee that the work gets done. Very nice of him i thought, but of course at 1pm he wasn't available. He was on lunch! I was irate at this time because i had explained to Brett all of my horrible experiences with the shop before. Kevin O'Neal came to speak to me and he acted as though i was inconveniencing HIM!! WTH who hired these individuals. They practically laughed at my concerns (like i had no clue was going on with my car)! Well don't and clearly they DON"T either! I bring it in to mechanics to fix the issue not come out with more issues. I left my car there again and I got a call back stating it is the cylinder that may need to switch.. Wait MAY NEED?? Yesterday they were certain it was the brake switch not telling the car it was in park. So i asked if i can get a refund for yesterday poor service! I would pay for the part 6.50 is what the part cost. The additional 75 went to labor. THEY WOULDN'T"T EVEN REFUND the labor! Please.....STAY AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! More

Having dealt with Gerry over the last 3 plus years I would not consider any other dealership that did not have Gerry .He treats you with respect and listens to what your needs are. Negotiating is a breeze and not a typical exchange where the salesperson goes back and forth between the client and let me run this by the manager routine. I have and will continue to recommend Gerry to all friends and acquaintances. Gerry knows your time is valuable and delivers as promised. More

I bought a Equus in Scottsdale and the facility was as good as any of the higher end dealerships. Delray needs to be updated. More
