I called Delray Hyundai and initially dealt with Ira Fox. He was extremely helpful, smart and responsive. He put me in touch with Jackie. Jackie worked tirelessly - even on days when she was not in the office and when she was on her way to personal appointments - to complete the transaction. The price was good and the service was outstanding. I only wish that automobile transactions could be completed in 60 minutes or so. This one, just like all others, still took substantially longer than that to complete. In the end I was very grateful to have someone as trustworthy and dedicated as Jackie to complete this transaction. I have not previously had as positive an experience with a representative of a car dealer. More

I was interested in, took a test drive and completed the paperwork. It was a smooth, professional transaction. Went by today for my first service appointment on the semi-new car and again it was a good experience. Michael was my service writer. He was pleasant and went over everything with me. I sat in the waiting area, watched TV, had a cup of coffee and a croissant. My car was ready when promised. I couldn't ask for more. Will continue to have my car serviced here. More
