Exceptional. Best experience ever! Frankly, I was not looking forward to purchasing another car through a dealership. Although my previous experiences, elsewhere, were not horrible the Frankly, I was not looking forward to purchasing another car through a dealership. Although my previous experiences, elsewhere, were not horrible they were, nonetheless, not pleasant. There always seemed to be one, additional twist or turn...and none in my favor! No so with Delray Hyundai! At first meeting, Norm Goldstein was both pleasant and straightforward. He listened to what my wife and I were looking for (as well as what our budget required) and did not attempt to upsale us. I was shocked! Having to complete work with another client, Norm introduced us to Irving Fischer. And it was Irv from whom we purchased our car. I only have words of compliment and praise for him. He was attentive, listened (amazing!), and worked with us to find the car we wanted as well as guiding us to the deal that made sense. Furthermore he was extraordinarily patient, allowing us to thoughtfully consider the purchase at hand. I should also say that all other associates with whom we interacted--from the sales manager to finance manager--were extremely professional and gracious. Kudos to all! It has now been one week since our purchase and both my wife and myself could not be happier! That week, too, has only solidified in our thinking the exceptional nature of Delray Hyundai and its top-notch team of associates. This will definitely not be our last car purchase there! More
