Over a period of a few months we visited several local dealerships and contacted others online to find the car with the options we wanted. Those encounters were of the usual "car salesman" variety. I finally located our car online and made an email request to Delray Hyundai's Internet Sales Department. Alan Silverman, the Internet Sales Manager, answered my questions quickly and responded with a fair price, including a Lease Conquest Program bonus of $1,500. I came in a couple of days later and they evaluated my trade-in fairly, and prepared the paperwork, which took a couple of hours but was not unpleasant, and we weren't shuttled needlessly around the showroom. Alan has been following up daily to help us learn all the features of this incredible car. I highly recommend Alan, who is pleasant, low-key and efficient! (I haven't needed the service department yet.) More

Two Cars In One Week! They're Just That Good! We had just purchased a new Elantra Sport a week ago from Delray Hyundai, but were still looking for a good, reliable used car for my daughter. We wer We had just purchased a new Elantra Sport a week ago from Delray Hyundai, but were still looking for a good, reliable used car for my daughter. We were in no hurry to buy (she just got her permit), but we knew she was NOT interested in learning how to drive on the brand new Elantra! Plus, I could use a nice commuter car for a year or so. I noticed that there was a very nice 2012 Chevy Cruze LS on the lot while we were there to buy the Elantra, and checked it out on the Internet once we got home. After doing some additional research, I contacted Mike Satisky and told him we'd like take a test drive the following weekend. As with our first purchase, Mike and I had a very frank (and short!) discussion on what my family could afford after the test drive. Mike was able to work the numbers so that we both felt good about the final price. Our visit today to Delray Hyundai was just like our last one - everyone was very friendly and there was zero pressure. Steve Sheehy, a gentleman we had worked with previously, even made a point to go out of his way to say, "Hi!", and check on our previous purchase. I cannot say enough about the sales/finance teams at Delray Hyundai. I will be recommending them to any of my friends, if they are looking for a used car or a new Hyundai.
