His price was VERY competitive from the beginning - no run-around, which we got from most of the other dealers we considered. Financing was great and no-nonsense too. Plus, once we went to the dealership, Roberto went out of his way to make sure we had considered all the features and options, to make sure we were making the best choice for us - he did not try to sell us on anything, just tried to make sure we had all the information to decide what WE wanted. The BEST experience buying a car that we have had! And the car is GREAT too! More

We had negative experiences at other dealerships and were thankful at the customer service of not only Wayne, but all the employees at Delray Hyundai. One of the things we most appreciated was that when we had a question, he was straightforward with his answers. If he was unsure of something, he took the initiative in order to find out the correct response, rather than give us false information. We feel we made the right decision in buying from this dealership, and we will recommend it our friends and family in the future. The whole auto buying experience was "painless" as well as educational and rewarding!! David in the Finance Office was equally as professional and very knowledgeable. The general manager even took a minute or two to say hello. The parts department was friendly and did exactly what was promised when I ordered an accessory and they called the next couple days to say it had arrived. Filled out info online, received a call from Carlos Menendez (Internet Sales Manager) within an hour. A few phone calls and emails later I drove down to test drive vehicles. I was met with smiles from staff on arrival to dealership and walked to Carlos's office from a man who worked in the service department. Within 30 minutes I was signing paperwork for my new car! So personable, easy to work with, they care about their customers not just the sell. While I was there, a few people said they drove past other dealerships close to them to come here for the customer service. I think that speaks volumes for an industry that certainly has a bad reputation for pushy, selling and bad attitudes! Even after settling on our price and terms, both the sales manager and the finance manager continued to work with us to make sure we had the right financing plan to suit our individual needs. We could have just left after the deal was done, but they continued to work for us. Unheard of! We would recommend Delray Hyundai / Acura to everyone. Our sales person, Alan Silverman treated us as family. Our car was sparkling clean and ready for us upon completion of the paperwork.
