Customer service describe's Fred Perlmutter. Fred was available to us each time we called and everytime we visited the showroom. He greeted us with a smile and friendly attitude. Fred was interested in our needs and listened. I wanted a small car, maybe an SUV. I test drove the Tucsun. After test driving the Tucsun, I asked Fred if there was another car that he would suggest. He then showed us the Elantra. I test drove that car also, but wanted to continue to look. Fred was excited to show us the Sonata Hybrid. Infact, that was the car he suggested when we first visited Delray Hyundal. The next day, I spoke with Fred and made an appointment. I decided to try the Sonata. I test drove it. He told me about the mileage. He demonstrated the radio system as well as the verbal command system. Fred had such praise for the car. It took one more trip to Delray Hyundal before I made up my mind. Fred was true to his word when giving us a dollar figure on the cost of the Sonata Hybrid. We had an appointment with a different salesperson, who was unable to make it due to weather. He referred us to Fred Perlmutter. Fred was punctual and cordial. Dave Wilde assisted with the sale, and was extremely helpful in arranging it to fit our needs. During that time we met with Sonny, one of the managers, who welcomed us to the dealership and offered his assistance if needed. This is our fourth Hyundai, and our second from this dealership. We see no reason ever to shop elsewhere for a car, and will certainly return to Delray Hyundai (and Fred) for any further needs. More
