I have a 2003 Elantra, a 2006 Sonata, and a 2009 Sonata, so I have been coming to Delray Hyundai for 8 years. In that time period, I have come to know a lot of people in the dealership, and have seen them so I have been coming to Delray Hyundai for 8 years. In that time period, I have come to know a lot of people in the dealership, and have seen them on good days and stressed days. They have always taken the time to deal with me as a person, not just as a customer. Brian and Ralph, in particular, have seen me lots of times, and have proven themselves to be knowledgeable, professional, personable, helpful, and trustworthy. They are excellent representatives of the company. Perhaps the best compliment I can give the dealership is that all the service people I have named in the header of this review demonstrate that same kind of care towards everyone, not just "regulars" like me. Although he has sadly passed on, my dealings with Bob Valliere in sales were excellent. His long time colleague, Allan, is now my point of contact in the sales department. Although he always recognized that I was Bob's customer, Allan was friendly and kind, and took the time to help me with a special project I was researching. I look forward to getting my next vehicle from Delray Hyundai....the cars are great and the people are even better. More
