Gerry Weiss and Caleb Pitt’s were wonderful to deal with. Gerry did everything he could to streamline the buying process so that I didn’t have a lot of wasted time. He kept me informed on when the new car was coming in and did what he could to have everything ready so that the paperwork , tags and financing would go smoothly and it did which I really appreciated. Gerry then handed me off to Caleb Pitts who handled the paperwork and the explanation of what I was signing in an efficient and easy to understand manner. Gerry also followed up a day or two later to see how I liked the car and if I had any questions about the car. I really enjoyed my car buying experience for the ease and expediency involved and in a few years when I need to upgrade my car I will be sure to come to see Gerry and Delray Hyundai More

Another dealer Price Gouging . .. Went to look at and lease a new car and mgmt came out with crazy additional costs. They won't even take off items that are not on the car and add .. Went to look at and lease a new car and mgmt came out with crazy additional costs. They won't even take off items that are not on the car and added after they arrive at the stealership. I asked the sales manager to remove those items, paint protection, window etching (egregiously marked up) and he would not. I said, so you're just trying to get even More profit on top of the Added Markup And MSRP? He outright just said, Yes! I don't know who in their right mind would deal with a dealership (aka STEALership) that works like this. I know what's going on in the world & auto industry, I understand the supply/demand, but I also know there are other dealers in the US that are not doing these ridiculous tricks. Yes, it will take additional effort to work with them and to receive the car, but I will not be one that gets taken advantage of and urge others reading this to do your due diligence and find the other dealers who aren't looking to F you over just to make More Profit. The auto industry is seeing Record High Profits over the last year or so, now they are so greedy they don't care who they screw. More

I needed to have a part replaced under warranty and the service department was fabulous. Anthony and another gentleman took care of me like I was part of the family. The part came in a week, before I expec service department was fabulous. Anthony and another gentleman took care of me like I was part of the family. I am an unhappy owner of a 2020 Hyunday Kona.. Several months ago, the car was recalled due to some engine issue. It was impossible to contact the dealership by phone, , so I drove to the Service Departm months ago, the car was recalled due to some engine issue. It was impossible to contact the dealership by phone, , so I drove to the Service Department \, on 6th Ave, Delray I was given an appointment three weeks ahead, and, on a Saturday at 9 am. on arrival I was informed theyt were shorthanded , and they gave me another appointment.. On my second visit, they performed the check, and I requested to fix the cruise control switch, that was broken. They would ask for the part and call me in a week. Wen I tried to call to find out about the repair, all my calls were disconnected, and a message "to call again later" was the only response Now, I don't know if or when my car w rill be repaired, I do not live near the dealership, and my phone calls are not answered. If someone is thinking about purchasing a car from this dealer please find out about their service department,it stinks! . . More
