The staff was sharp and knew all about what they needed to do to get me into a new car all while lowering my payment, which could not be done at 3 other dealerships I tried. Within a few hours I was driving home a brand new Sonata at $100 less than my 5 year old car with NOTHING DOWN!!! I called Delray Hyundai and was told to bring the car in regardless of having an appointment when the engine light came on, so it could be checked out as soon as possible. Jessica in the Service Department, went above and beyond to ensure that my car was repaired and that this difficult situation went as smoothly as possible (which it did), as well as, Nick who initially assisted me and John who repaired the issue (coil replacement). This Service Department is truly fantastic. I came in today without an appointment, they took the car, ran tests, explained what was happening, repaired the issue, kept the car to ensure it ran properly and I had my car back by the end of the day. I couldn't be happier, I only wish I had purchased my car from Delray Hyundai too! This has been the most stress free car repair experience I have ever had.
