New car purchase and salesperson review I reviewed the Hyundai Santa Fe online and found it to be one of the top SUVs on the market. I met with Roberto Alfaro in the showroom and found him t I reviewed the Hyundai Santa Fe online and found it to be one of the top SUVs on the market. I met with Roberto Alfaro in the showroom and found him to be pleasant, professional and very knowegable about the Santa Fe. I knew I wanted a 2020 in white with a particular interior. He said "I have the exact Santa Fe your looking for. After a test drive we went to the showroom for a price "showdown". I Hate quibbling over price, but Roberto said not to worry and that he would come back with a fair price. He sat down at the table and showed me a price. It was accually lower than I expected. When my other SUV needs to be replaced I'm coming back to Roberta for another Santa Fe. I called Roberto a couple of time to assist with an obscure dash navigation. He knew how to guide me though it and was able to set up my Bluetooth for me. He is very easy to reach by phone, text and e-mail. Thank you Roberto for a wonderful experience. More

Roberto sat and chatted, answered all questions, suggested a car to test drive-- did in fact test drive. I then asked about a larger size Santa Fe- we then went thru a information period and I was shown the auto that I leased. At no time did I feel he was not being truthful to me. Yes I would return for another lease or purchase. More
