Internet inquiries lead me to Delray Hyundai and Mr. Alan Silverman. I expressed my needs and wasn't necessarily looking for a Hyundai as my daughter has just purchased a Tucson and I had been researching other makes and models. Mr. Silverman showed me a couple Hyundai vehicles and I left the dealership to explore the makes and models I had previously been inquisitive about. After visiting another dealership and viewing several vehicles I was curious about and seeing each one was older, with higher mileage and a much higher price tag, I texted Mr. Silverman and told him I was on my way back to see him. The entire staff was personable, compassionate and just a pleasure to work with. The easiest transaction with a car dealership I've experienced. They listen. Thank-you Mr. Silverman and staff of Delray Hyundai. I will be bringing any future car purchases or service needs to Delray Hyndai. More

I made an appointment on line for my 2019 Veloster. It was recalled for driver door repair. It’s a good thing that I tried to confirm by calling found out nothing scheduled. Could not get to talk to someone. Only communication available is txting and got no where in rescheduling. The customer service rep I dealt with was Kathryn Smith. I tried and tried to get a response about appointment and getting a free loaner and her response was “no”. And that was the end of her conversation when I tried to respond several times she was gone and just left me hanging in the “clouds”. This is my third and last Veloster because of their terrible service, you can’t get to talk to anyone. I might be old fashioned but it’s important to Jeep customers happy after the point of sale. This is not the way to treat a loyal customer or any customer.. if I get into an accident and something happens to driver side door they are responsible. I’m trying to make appointment and am getting a run around from them. More
