Outstanding buying experience thanks to Travis! I had been unsure about which car to buy and which dealership to buy it from even after extensive research and then I luckily met Travis. From our first minute together, I knew this would be a positive rewarding experience. Travis went out of his way to fully explain and show me the pros and cons of the different Tucson models I was considering. He did such a good job of highlighting the features of the Ultimate model (some of which I had not found online) that I went in that direction. He then spend even more time showing me every color combination so I could have my perfect car (costing the dealership time and money to track it down and deliver it). I have never been happier with a car purchase (this is my first Hyundai) and I keep finding more amazing technical, support, safety and comfort features that significantly outshine my previous Audis and BMW's. I bumped into a friend when picking up the car and he was having the same ultra positive experience with Travis after a negative experience at another dealer. Simple I came here with an exact model and price I wanted for a lease. We worked with Richard and within about three back-and-forth negotiations we reached the agreement we wanted! We only had one issue which was with waiting to sign and finish the finance paperwork, but I believe this was a rare occurrence as it was a Monday and for some reason she was completely slammed. From my first contact with Gerry until I left the lot in my new car, this was the best experience I have ever had buying or leasing a new car. I am 63 years old; I have had many cars, including 4 Lexus LS models before I switched to the G-90. Gerry was responsive and did everything he said he would do.
