Shopping for a Car As a customer who does not enjoy shopping, even though I needed and wanted a new car, I was a little tense as we pulled into a parking space at Delray As a customer who does not enjoy shopping, even though I needed and wanted a new car, I was a little tense as we pulled into a parking space at Delray Hyundai and stepped out of the car. A getntleman noticed us from about 50' or so yards away and said he would be right there to see how he could help us, That we should look around. I think it was only about two minutes later he was at our side and we had picked out two cars we wanted to know more about. A few moments later after giving him some information and my driver's license I took two cars out for a test drive. Well his manner, his focus on discussing what we were looking for and returning to his desk to discuss what information he needed, helped identify how we could move ahead. Well it turned out I needed a couple more documents but was now determined I would get the needed documents but wanted to see one more car before we closed the deal. We left with the understanding we would be back in about an hour but I also wanted to see a silver Elantra when we returned. We returned about one hour later, got to see & test drive a silver Elantra (I arrived believing I wanted black.) In a little over an hour I drove off with the most beautiful car I ever owned.(a great feeling at age 78.) John Valle was the man of the day for me. He was personable, patient, knowledgeable, talked to us with a caring attitude about what we wanted, not what he thinks we should want. He was polite and encouraging.
