The process itself was actually pretty fast, we didn't spend 8 hours at the dealership. The only area for improvement is when a customer has an outside lender. The Finance department specifically and working with an outside lender. I felt I spent too much time being the go between. Once the dealer received my approval, Finance should have picked up the ball and ran. This was not my first time buying a car and I never had to speak to my lender except for application/approval, everything else was handled between the dealer Finance and my lender. More
