Incredibly attentive Sales woman Marlene Greenberg is a very knowledgeable and professional Sales person. On my first visit she showed me a an impeccable brand new looking Genesis. I immediately decided that this was the car for me. She got me some changes to the car that I appreciated and closed the deal the next morning and drove off a happy puppy. Awesome When I first showed up at Delray Hyundai David Sabo. Show me the vehicle I was looking for Santa Fe. I seen the one I wanted and the color left there. My grandson went online looking for me and then we went back to Delray Hyundai and David help this out we got the price we were looking for. Now it came down to the Santa Fe I wanted there wasn't one on the lot but he went out of his way looked all around to find out where there was one he had someone go pick it up from another place and have it for me the next morning. He wasn't going to be there the next day but Wayne was and he was so helpful explained everything. David and Wayne work so well together. Delray Hyundai is lucky to have these two men I can't say how much they help me out they advised and they were so considerate they called to see if everything was okay. Traded my Genesis for a newer Genesis I was assisted by Serge and John Valle and found in every instance they were very fair with the trade in value and the price of the car i purchased. Great, great experience I went to the dealership by myself. Jackie was wonderful. Since I hadn’t bought a new car in years she patiently explained all of the new features and I went to the dealership by myself. Jackie was wonderful. Since I hadn’t bought a new car in years she patiently explained all of the new features and showed me where they could be found on the auto. She explained how the sensors work, back up camera etc. She gave me a fair price for my trade in and the new car, with NO PRESSURE to buy the auto immediately. I did go, with some one to 2 other dealerships. I have to say that their sales people were NO WAY , NO HOW as nice or as pleasant as Jackie. I had wanted a color that was not on her lot, I called her and she found the car I wanted. When I came to pick up the car she explained and showed me all the features, and even set my radio stations for me. I am extremely happy with the purchase. I will most certainly recommend Jackie and the dealership to anyone looking for a vehicle. The buying experience couldn’t have been any better than it was. More
