But I had been to other dealers and if I were going to buy a car, it would be a Rav 4.Since I had never been to this dealer, when I first went into the showroom, I spoke with the receptionist a bit first. She suggested that I talk to Raphael Carlisi. And I am glad that she did. Mr. Carlisi was respectful, personable, patient and efficient. When I told him what I was looking for,suprisingly, he found the perfect Rav 4 with just what I wanted as far as equipment and color. That sold me. Then, getting down to the nuts and bolts of the price, I really liked the manner in which he and the other gentlemen on the team handled the negotiation on the price. Very impressed with Justin Prather answering all our questions and allowing us to take an extended test drive of more than one vehicle so we could compare them to see which suited our needs best. He also took the time to program the bluetooth & openers for us which was very helpful since we aren't very tech savy. Dan in financing did a fantastic job on getting the payments to work out when the computer was giving information that didn't correspond with the deal we had agreed to.
