I contacted the dealership over a week ago to have a recall item serviced on my 2020 Toyota. I arrived 15 minutes early and was escorted to the waiting area. 90 minutes later I was advised my car was recall item serviced on my 2020 Toyota. I arrived 15 minutes early and was escorted to the waiting area. 90 minutes later I was advised my car was ready. When I went to the desk, I was told that the parts necessary to address my recall had been ordered and should be in in a couple days. I was told my car had been washed and it was still dirty. I wasted an hour and a half and now I have to return to have the service. Very disappointed. More

Shown added service time to explain unique failure which was appreciated. Did all possible testing but not able to test drive on highway. My wife and I are both in our 70's, and Tony and Deluca enabled this auto purchase experience to be among, if not the best, we have ever had. More
