I then started looking for him, found Deluxe, and let me tell you, it’s been a pleasure from the first phone call with Janie and Liz, to the salesman Kevin, To the Capital One finance guy, Al the sales Manager, and last but not least the service manager Mike, he was AMAZING went over and above, gave us new brakes and rotors, cause they were not great, but didn’t HAVE to. And original Mercedes parts too. He was a total gentleman, and took care of me with class...I had the car checked out by Mercedes-Benz and they said it was in great shape. Thanks guys! Really!!! I stepped in 1hr before closing to look at a VW Golf GTI with intention to buy and Frank took excellent care of me. He was very courteous and professional while also making the experience as quick and painless as possible. The dealership was immaculate as was the vehicle I was purchasing. It was cleaned and detailed to perfection. Also the finance manager Kristian was very upfront and add no pressure to my financing experience. He was extremely professional and polite even though he had stayed later than he needed to to help me out!
