2012 Ford F-150 Raptor After having spoken with Sue several times and looking at the beautiful pictures that had been taken of the truck, I decided to dive in. I traveled 2. After having spoken with Sue several times and looking at the beautiful pictures that had been taken of the truck, I decided to dive in. I traveled 2.5 hours to drive the truck, and had looked forward to trading in my old truck for a new to me one. Upon arrival at this "dealership" I was informed that I couldn't drive the truck as it had no rear shocks in it. sue stated that she had no knowledge of the issue, even though she had promise that everything was "good to go" with our deal. As I had already planned on purchasing the truck after a test drive, I was rather upset that I couldn't even drive it prior to purchase. After speaking with the salesman, Jesus, several times I opted to go ahead and make the purchase. I was told be him that they would be installing new shocks on my truck. I waited a week and picked up my truck yesterday. Due to the cramped quarters of the lot, we had to get me switched over to the Raptor quickly, or so I was told. Hence I didn't have time to go over the truck very well. Have now looked it over and found several things....one the shocks that were put on the truck are used, corroded shocks, whereas I had been told that they would be new. Two, the "luxury package" w/ remote start turned out to be some 3rd party car alarm, NOT OEM. even though I was told several times that it was. I truly feel that this was a bad deal from the very beginning and would like to let everyone know NOT TO DEAL WITH THESE GUYS!! More
