We went to Dennis Dillon to purchase our daughter a car after hers was totaled in an accident the salesman was great very nice insured us that there w We went to Dennis Dillon to purchase our daughter a car after hers was totaled in an accident the salesman was great very nice insured us that there was a large inspection done on all of their used cars needless to say 2 to 3 weeks after we purchased the car we noticed the transmission slipping in it which we were told was a recall item. So I made an appointment with them to get it fixed when I walked in and the gentleman said to me at the service counter I sure hope this falls under your warranty and your deductible only be $201 after I told him it was a recall item he said well then why are you here you should be at the dealer Kendall Ford for a recall so he sent me over there where I had to make another appointment and take another day off of work I also told them a couple days after that that the car was making a big clunk noise and the gentleman in formed me to take care of the recall first! We did and asked again about the clunk. I was told when you take the car back to Kendall Ford have them look at it and let me know. I did and the service guy said that the strut was not covered. The service guy at Kendall said just talk to Dennis Dillon and you just bought the car they should help you out but wait for it........Not! They were very rude and the service manager said he talked to the manager of the Dealership and he said no! I asked to speed to him"Sam" and was told basically not his problem he's not paying to fix a car I bought used ( mind you i started this and notified them 3weeks into owning the car) if it's one day or three months. His words. He said if he fixed every used car he sold it would never end so he said " its not coming out of my pocket it's coming out of yours"!WOW!!! Great customer service right!? DO NOT GO HERE FOR A CAR. We learned a very hard lesson my daughter just wants to get rid of the car after this experience we informed her not every car dealership is this way! More

Terrible salespeople. I've tried several times to get information about the advertised cars that I saw on their website. Debbie Youngberg is totally unresponsive to requests. They act like they really don't care if they sell cars or not. I'm very disappointed with the communication. Reading the other reviews, it seems like it's hit or miss on if you are going to get someone to help you or not. My experience has been bad. I tried to talk to the sales manager or owner, and no one returns my calls. They seem very unprofessional. I'm surprised that they get any business at all with their poor attitudes. More

I was skeptical that the deal we worked out was too good to be true, zack assured me if I came out it nothing old change, despite the scare tactics of local dealers in my area who could not match his pricing. The deal was exactly as promised upon arrival, he even picked my wife and I up at the airport! I would highly recommend making the trip to Dennis Dillion, be sure to ask for Zack. More

Poor Customer Relations On 1/4/2016 we purchased a 2016 RAM 2500 from Dennis Dillon in Caldwell, Idaho. Included in the deal was the trade-in of a 2013 Toyota Tundra truck, On 1/4/2016 we purchased a 2016 RAM 2500 from Dennis Dillon in Caldwell, Idaho. Included in the deal was the trade-in of a 2013 Toyota Tundra truck, financed through Toyota Financial Services (TFS). Dillon requested the pay-off info from Toyota which was provided and a confirming email was immediately sent from TFS to Dillon. We made the deal. 10 days later, we contacted TFS to confirm the pay-off had been made and was advised that a balance of about $2500 remained. We investigated further and learned that TFS had provided the wrong information to Dillon and the confirming email also contained the incorrect pay-off balance. It also contained the wrong description, year, model, color and VIN of the vehicle payoff provided. We immediately contacted Dillon and made an appointment to discuss the situation. Upon meeting with Mr. Sam Pauley (Sales Manager) he said "we can just add the amount to your sales contract, your payments will go up and it'll be fine". We felt is was not a good solution for us and he said "you don't expect us to pay what you owe do you?" We said that some adjustment would be appropriate as Dillon provided us incorrect information upon which to make our decision (and had been provided details that would indicate so). Dillon offered to "undo" the deal and "take their lumps" on the now used 2016 RAM with nearly 3300 miles. Our suggestion was to increase the amount of trade in value of the Toyota Tundra to at least partially correct the error. Their response, "no chance". To date, the situation is unresolved. Dillon has seen fit to file a small claims suit against us which has of course has effected our credit rating. We will now take time off from work in order to defend our position and face an uncertain outcome. Mistakes happen, we understand. Any responsible business would attempt to resolve the situation if for no other reason from a customer service/relations standpoint. In this case, due to their lack of due diligence whether negligence, incompetence, simple disregard of the details or "rush to do the deal", a simple apology would have gone a long way. Rarely in my nearly 70 years of life have I felt such utter disregard, apathy and disrespect. My recommendation to potential Dillon customers is TAKE HEED! More

No reply, texted on Saturday, no reply. Noon on Monday I texted and he replied "trying to get someone to get me an answer". I called a couple of shops and ended up making an appointment locally, no help from Dennis Dillon. Followed up with an email to RC, told he was sales manager. Sent twice with no response. Great pricing, but if you have a problem it appears you are on your own. More
