READ THIS BEFORE YOU BUY! It will save you time and money. This is single-handedly the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with, and buying a car here is a huge risk. If this place went out of business, it would benefit everyone. Bought a used car here, drove it home and the next day I was on my way to work and it overheated and broke down. I called them and they had it towed to them, and they thought they fixed it. Less than a week later, the check engine light came on. See where I’m going with this?… I’ve waited to allow them to make it right for over 10 months. They would bring it in to their service department (Grant was my service advisor and is the only respectable person who works here) and keep it for 1-3 weeks, tell me to come get it. After less than a week of driving it every single time, check engine light comes back on again, same issue, same code. So clearly their mechanics are incompetent after 9 times of bringing it in for the SAME ISSUE. Fast forward to this last time that I’ve brought this vehicle in, and after this one, the check engine light comes back on less than 3 days after getting it back. Now I’m just getting real mad. Now I begin the process of trying to contact sales to see if they will buy the car back for at least what I owe on it since they sold me a LEMON. They always said they’ll pass my info on, and then I would never get a call back. Worst nightmare of buying a car you could ever have. They eventually offered me 10k below what I bought for it less than a year ago and less than 10k miles added on it. I refused this offer, and asked to speak to a manager. HERE IS WHERE IT GETS CRAZY. I was calling them every 2 days or so asking to see if I could speak to the general manager. The staff lies because they have NO INTEGRITY and says he’s too busy or not there. Reality was, they would just tell me that and never talk to him. They later admitted that they supposedly don’t have his phone number. Well I finally went in here today because I was told over the phone the only way I’d be able to talk to him was if I came in. So I came in, asked to speak with him, was given the run around again. And finally, some dude exploding with steroids comes out to tell me that the GM won’t be seeing me. This made me angry, so I asked respectfully to speak with him, he said no. I said I’m not going to leave until I speak with him, then they told me they were going to call the cops if I didn’t leave!? For asking to speak with a manager????! Corrupt, classless, and incompetent. Clearly, they don’t care about their customers. They refuse to even acknowledge and speak to you after you’ve bought a car from them. This would be the last place you want to buy a car. Please, save yourself the time, the hassle, the money, and just go buy ANYWHERE but Dennis Dillon. They will NOT help you after you’ve bought the car. They won’t even speak to you. This place is shameful and disgusting. Customer service is the WORST I have ever experienced in my entire life at any business I have ever been to. HIGHLY DON’T RECOMMEND. More
They sold me a pre-owned trailer that they didn't inspect properly. The air conditioner didn't work first trip, heater didn't work, water lines were opposite and the shower hoses was off. Every time we used it we either had a blow out, damaged wear to tire. Repeatedly we told the dealership. I purchased the extended warranty and additional tire coverage. Check your warranties they don't cover much. But we were told Dennis Dillon is the administrators. My axle is bent. My belief is they sold it to me without throughly inspecting the trailer or they would have caught these issues. My inspection report provided by Dennis dillon is blank. I've tried for over a month to request theirs. No response. I called and asked for the manager left a very detailed message for my call. I didn't know it was Joseph Muller as the manager. He didn't call me he emailed my husband because he dealt with him on the past issue. He knows what the issue is because I left a message and emailed him no response now for over a month. Don't purchase a pre-owned vehicle from them. You're putting your life at risk. The warranty isn't worth the paper it's printed on and Dennis dillon won't respond to you should you need help. Warranty company only open 9 to 5 Monday through Friday. Ridiculous run around if you break down after hours and don't get pre authorization to tow your vehicle off the freeway. Joseph Muller service manager is evasive and non responsive. Filed complaint with Better Business Bureau and will pursue the California lemon law. I've spent more time and money broken down repairing a trailer that should have been inspected and repaired before resale. More
I was ready to buy a cx-90 but they refused to give me an out the door price. I took a picture of the four square they used and realized they wanted me to pay $12,000 over MSRP for 72 months at 10.24% inter out the door price. The service writer named Grant is a snake. He and the dealership litterally robbed me. I brought my 2022 cx5 select in for warranty work on the headlights. The auto-leveling is not working. They let me drive a 2024 cx5 for a loaner. Grant said keep it as long as you want. (Which is a red flag).also the drivers side headlight needs to be replaced. The passenger side was already replaced at another dealership a few months ago. Car has 30,100 miles on it. After 17 days they called me and said it was ready. I went the next day and Grant told me that it all checked out fine. I asked to speak with his manager. I explained the issue. He said that I continue the loan car and they would keep my car for the weekend and look at it again on Monday. While driving home on Friday from the dealership, Grant calls me and said that the tech said that my car does not have auto leveling headlights. And Grant said he called corporate and they said my car never came with them. The 2022 cx5 select they all come with them. All my paper work says that it has them. They cost just under $2000 each. Also, two days after dropping it off grant called to tell me that they do hear the noisy headlight but tech says it’s ok to keep using. I printed an errant tab from corporate saying to replace the headlight with my issues. Grant ignored the tab that I printed for him. So I picked up my car very upset, and drove home. Minutes after I left I called grant and told him my day time running lamps not working. I left the message three times he would not call me back. That evening whrn it was dark, I got in the car and both headlights were pointing 10 feet from my car. I could not see anything. They were adjusted perfect when I brought it in. They said that they did not work on the car because it checked out fine. I went back this morning and deny deny deny. He said that they would adjust them but I have to pay for the repair. And he just finished saying that they did me a favor for adjusting them. I left. Guess what, they replaced my headlights with the wrong cheap non leveling and none Del head lights. I can prove it. Don’t go there. More

Dennis Dillon lied about having correct parts so I had to drop off and pick up on my dime for no reason. Then they REFUSED any loan vehicle or transportation while getting safety recall performed. I was told by service manager that loan vehicles are for customers that really need them and I was not one of them. 1. Stay away from any Mazda product. 2. AVOID any Dennis Dillon dealership. They had 6 months to remedy and help but refused. Good one guys. More

I would take your business somewhere else’s where they will treat you well and appreciate your business and want you to come back. Did not feel I was a value customer to them just another number passing through there service department. More
