Follow Up: Mountain Home Auto responded to the Better Business Bureau and denied everything in the complaint. Mountain Home Auto stated they offered to lower the price of the vehicle and that the truck was in excellent condition. Their response was completely erroneous. Mountain Home Auto did not offer to do anything, the reality was they made us feel like like they were doing us a favor by driving us back to the airport. Bill or the managers could not be bothered with us and had the guy who washes the cars drive us back to the airport. I wish I had thought to take pictures of the truck before I left, however I was shocked that I found myself in that situation and obviously did not think quickly enough. I have had the opportunity to speak with others that have dealt with Mountain Home with similar experiences and we have shared our thoughts on possible solutions. If anyone else out there has had problems with Mountain Home Auto and needs assistance in filing with the Better Business Bureau or possibly banding together for a group action please feel free to contact me and I would be happy to assist anyway I can.
