Don't shop at dennis dillon if you want a honest or fair deal! My husband and I have been working to get me on the liver transplant list. Which means a lot of travel between here and Murray Utah. We looked at used cars and they were just as expensive as new cars. So in June 2024 we decided on a Nissan versa. Not a super fancy car but good gas mileage and reliable. We only had two things that were a must a/c and key fobs. They had one on sitting out back that was for sale, we took it for a test drive and decided that was the one. So we go in to do the paperwork and halfway through the paperwork they came back and said that one wasn't for sale, but they had another just like it. I even asked to make sure that it had a/c and key fobs. They told us yes it did it was exactly the same ( our mistake was thinking that they would tell the TRUTH). I don't get around very well because of my medical condition. We finished signing all the paperwork and went out to the other car they had brought around. When they handed me the keys outside by the car I asked where the key fobs were, they then tell me that it doesn't have them after they specifically told me that that car did have them earlier. I start to refuse to take the car, then sales guy then said that he would get us the key fobs but he would have to order them. So we check back in 3 days, 1 week, and two weeks but not only did he not order them, but he basically called me a liar when I got upset that I was getting the runaround. The dennis dillon dealership is nothing more than a bunch of criminals preying on the ill and elderly. If you do ever buy anything from them get EVERYTHING in Writing and do NOT trust anything they say. Hopefully this post will save someone else from getting swindled by the old bait and switch More

This dealership listed a vehicle on thier own web page and car guru . When my buddy went to go make a deal on the truck they added 1000 dollars to the price. You post a price, you honor it not raise it when the consumer gets to the showroom . I wouldn't buy anything from a business like that . My wife and recently purchased a new car from this dealership. They are completely dishonest. They will tell you whatever it takes to make the sale and the go back on their word. Get absolutely everything in writing from these xxxxxxxx. They won't return your calls and the manager is never available. There are honest dealers out there but this is not one of them. Also beware of the blinking brake light scam. They will charge you $600 for a blinking light you didn't ask to be added to the vehicle. Then they will attempt to sell you rear end collision insurance for an additional $1400. If you have an auto insurance policy it already covers rear end collisions. It's a complete scam. If your in the market for a new car, I implore you to shop somewhere else. Save yourself the headache. More
