We had questions about the financing and loan payoff, but even stopping into the dealership during work hours didn't work because no one was there. While the Caldwell location is good ( we have Dodge Ram), I wouldn't buy a Nissan from this location. More

She was friendly, courteous and answered all our questions. We didn't purchase that car but she showed us a different one that we did purchase. We enjoyed working with her and she did everything she could to make it a pleasant experience. We then worked with Jay in finance. Thumbs up Went out looking at used cars for my son. Though was unsure what I really wanted to do. We checked out a few places but we got to Dennis Dillion Nissa Went out looking at used cars for my son. Though was unsure what I really wanted to do. We checked out a few places but we got to Dennis Dillion Nissan and upon arrival had great service with greeting us as we stepped out of the car. All the right questions got asked getting me to an end result why buy use why not lease and go from there. Thus far I am in love with my Rogue. I'd at the only thing that was upsetting over all is that leaving the dealership heading to work with no gas in the car. I had enough to get me to work and a gas station but not home. So I'd say fillip the new cars at least when you send your buyers off. It's like putting a car in the bag. Overall though I loves my experience so thank u job well done Hugo!!! Thank u Vicky More
