"Best Deal We Found" After extensive research online looking for the best price of a Lincoln MKX, Sneed Ford was the best deal out there. Rich Sousa got in contact with us After extensive research online looking for the best price of a Lincoln MKX, Sneed Ford was the best deal out there. Rich Sousa got in contact with us and had the car waiting when we arrived. Rich was willing to work out a deal that included a repair on the car before we made the purchased. Rich kept in contact with the status of the repair and even took his own personal time to deliver the car 162 miles away so we didn't' have to drive another 4.5 hours to pick up the car. I doubt there are many car salesmen that would be willing to drive 5 hours in one day to deliver a customer their car. Kudos Rich, you are truly an asset to Sneed Ford and their success! Excellent Experience We went to Sneed Ford to by a 2018 Expedition. Upon walking into the showroom we were greeted by Rich Sousa and let him know what we were looking to b We went to Sneed Ford to by a 2018 Expedition. Upon walking into the showroom we were greeted by Rich Sousa and let him know what we were looking to buy. Within mins he had it pulled up and we got in and look at the inside and took it for test drive. Then it came down to purchasing. We were able to hammer out those detail really quickly with the sales manage Rick. The whole process took very little time and was excellent. The owner is present and him and I even chat for a bit about fords new direction on car buying. Dennis is a very friendly man and it was awesome to see him out on the floor talking and interactiving with employees. Also Carey the owners son is very nice and we chatted a bit as he was wiping down my car after cleaning it. Its nice to walk into a dealership where it’s very casual and feels homie. We were there with our two little girls and they treat them like gold. It was just a great experience overall. No to mention Sneed Ford has the best price around on cars. We did extensive research online prior to going and for this car it was a heck of a deal. I will return to Sneed Ford when I purchase my next car. More
