Drove 55 Miles today to Dealership to look at a Ford Edge. We drove 55 miles 1 way to look at a Ford Edge. 3 days ago I ask the salesman to look vehicle over for me as we were driving along way. He called me We drove 55 miles 1 way to look at a Ford Edge. 3 days ago I ask the salesman to look vehicle over for me as we were driving along way. He called me back with the report of " Its really clean. Been taken care of. Inside and out" today we get there and drivers seat had holes in leather, car dirty, door seal all broken off seats stained. This was on a 2015 Ford Edge. I started the edge and oil light came on indicating oil change needed. Next Terrible customer service. The sales person I had talked to was busy. Get it. BUT, they had no back up for someone to help us.... There was 3 other sales person not busy on their phone.... Ive bought many New cars and used and this dealership is a joke. Dont waste your time. move on. Cars are dirty and not clean. More

In addition, I had finance terms and payments I needed to stay within. Salesman Rich Sousa didn't let the distance interfere with my needs and he found a solution. I booked a flight to Kansas City and he picked me up at the airport in my truck. A short test drive to the dealership, paperwork to finalize the deal, and I was on my way home with the truck I was looking for. Great experience and I would recommend Sneed to anyone. More
