I worked Derrick Nolker who was very informative and helpful in helping me choose the right car for me. Derrick made the buying process very easy and transparent. Thanks to him I found the car I wanted at a fantastic and having lived with the car now for a couple months I have no buyers remorse what so ever. My only complaint is that the lady in charge of financing lacked any costumer service skills and it seemed that she wanted to give us financing terms at a ridiculous rate, if it weren't for a pre approval I had from my bank. Overall I was very happy with the service received from our sales person Derrick and would buy a car from him again. However word of advice is pay attention to the history of a used car and come in with alternative financing set up as not to get screwed with exorbitant interest rates. More

Baron was really fun and put up with my mom. My mom tends to joke a lot and keep the story going. It was a really fun experience. Baron was able to recommend a restaurant to eat at, even though it was closed. Fun stuff and would go back again. Ruth was amazing!!! She just got back from California and had just ubered to work from KCI. She was in a fabulous mood. Fun stories, treated me so nice. The experience with her as a Business Manager was wonderful.
