Unbelievable I bought a car from this dealership on March 17, 2017. The customer service from our Salesman, Derrick, was great! I love the car and actually got a good deal on it. However, my temp tags are set to expire tomorrow and I have not received my title. I've called all week to speak with Ruth and every time the receptionist tells me she's with a customer and she takes my name and number. I've never received a call back. Finally, after the 6th call I was done with the BS. I will now have to pay late fees and I'm sure a ticket for having expired tags. More

From there my husband drove to the dealership to personally confirm everything that was shared on the website - he's a stickler for details and it was great to see the on-line description and the on-sight view were the same. When we both went on a Saturday to complete the transaction the staff was friendly and organized. We also worked out an extended warranty plan that met our needs and was half the price we'd found on our own. We'll be back!!! More
