Rebecca was very friendly and helpful and a very good saleswoman and had us sold on a vehicle until Lee hockensmith came up and refused my pre approved loan and said we had to finance through them and wa saleswoman and had us sold on a vehicle until Lee hockensmith came up and refused my pre approved loan and said we had to finance through them and was demanding we put a down payment and have a cosigner even though i already had a loan approved. only reason I didn't give Lee a rating is because you can't give 0 stars More

Satisfied Out-of-Staters Rich did an excellent job with our internet sale. Overall experience with the dealership was average. Arriving after seven hours of driving, we spent Rich did an excellent job with our internet sale. Overall experience with the dealership was average. Arriving after seven hours of driving, we spent an additional two hours chatting it up with Rich, which included a 6 mile test drive to get 1/4 tank of gas. Service department receives 1 out of 5 stars. The majority of the time was spent waiting on Mr. Hockensmith to “approve” something and a few too many trips to the printer. Austin was very efficient and had us on our way in no time. We were offered a fair deal and very pleased with our 2018 F-150. More
