fraud on condition of the car I bought I bought a 2018 Mustang with 27,000 plus miles on it. At 29,000 plus miles the right front wheel started making noise. The car had a limited 12 month, I bought a 2018 Mustang with 27,000 plus miles on it. At 29,000 plus miles the right front wheel started making noise. The car had a limited 12 month, 12,000 mile warranty. I took it to a local dealer and was told the noise was the wear alert tab on the brake pad on the right side. The tab on the left side was broken off. when I called the Dealership and told them about it and said they should pay at least part of the repair cost , which wasn't covered by the warranty, the sales manager told me that we didn't co-own the car. The repair bill to replace the pads and rotors on both front wheels was $975. I think the tab on the left side was making the noise before i bought the car and was broken off so the car would pass a test drive.I have a claim in with Customer Relations Ford Motor Company haven't received a response yet. Beware of used car dealers!! Sneed is the worst!! More

The General manager called me on my cell about the slightly less than average purchase and experience review I posted the first time. He promised me two gifts cards for gas that, he claimed I received slightly less than average purchase and experience review I posted the first time. He promised me two gifts cards for gas that, he claimed I received at the time of the purchase. Calling me a lier. He stated that he would send me these gas certificates if I recalled my review. I canceled my review and like a pathetic "Car Dealer" never sent the certificates. The car was the worst condition for a Lincoln automobile that I have ever seen. Good price for the car and strong product, but it hadn't be cleaned inside or outside in months. Tires were below the bar on the tread. They didn't offer me to see the auto on the rack to look at the underside. Scratches all around the front of the car. 20 miles to the nearest town and I left the snake pit with a 1/8 of a tank of gas. Stay away from that part of the country More

Dennis Sneed Ford did alright job. Transaction a little slow Dennis Sneed had car I was looking for. Sales person was friendly and answered all question.
